SAFA and Ramp Inspection Training

22- 26 April 2018, Dhaka, Bangladesh

 

Due to the high interest the SAFA and Ramp Inspcetion training was provided for the second time in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The course provided participants with the necessary theoretical knowledge associated with the Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft (SAFA) inspection process and for the conduct of general ramp inspections.

SARI Part 145 Implementation Workshop

3 - 7 December 2017, Dhaka, Bangladesh

The SARI Part 145 Implementation Workshop was held held between 3 and 7 December 2017 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The objective of the SARI Part 145 Implementation Workshop was to assess the state's implementation of the Regulations pertaining to maintenance organisation approvals under SARI Part 145 Regulation adapted to local requirements.

Cabin Crew Safety Inspector training

6 - 17 November 2017, Dhaka, Bangladesh

This 8 day course was designed to enable PEL & OPS inspectors to be familiar with Cabin and Cockpit Safety Equipment and to provide inspectors with guidance material and checklist for: Cabin Safety quipment inspection. The course also covered the requirements for Cabin Crew Training Organisation inspection and approval, and oversight of Pre-Flight Briefings and Cabin Flight Inspections.

SMS and SSP Implementation training

22 - 31 October 2017, Dhaka, Bangladesh

This 8 day course covered ICAO Annex 19 SSP and SMS Requirements and provided the participants with the knowledge on how to evaluate the effectiveness of SMS.

Airworthiness Inspector training

14- 23 August 2017, Dhaka, Bangladesh

This 8 day course provided participants with an overall introduction to issues surrounding the concept of airworthiness.

This course demonstrated how Airworthiness and Safety Regulation is controlled and provided an overview of the processes and procedures used by a Civil Aviation Authority to ensure that individuals, manufacturers, operators and maintenance organisations comply with the relevant airworthiness regulations, setting this work in the international context established by ICAO and EASA/SARI.

Regulators Auditing Techniques (Airworthiness)

30 July - 3 August 2017, Dhaka, Bangladesh

This 5 day course was designed to allow participants to gain practical experience in planning, conducting, and managing internal audits, supplier audits and contractor audits.

PEL workshop / OJT - How to establish and run a PEL office 

4 - 19 July 2017, Dhaka, Bangladesh

This 12 day course was designed to provide participants an opportunity, by means of an onsite course, workshop and OJT, to learn how to establish and run a PEL office, organise and conduct an ATO/TRTO audit, in accordance with EASA/ICAO rules and regulations related to licensing.
