EU - South Asia APP
Over the next 20 years, South Asia’s air traffic is forecast to have the highest growth rate in the world. This provides a significant challenge in the fields of safety oversight, capacity development and environmental protection. In this context, the EU-South Asia Aviation Partnership Project aims to:

Enhance relations between South Asian and European institutions in the field of civil aviation

Increase technical exchanges between the South Asian and European aviation industries

Support South Asia in developing its capacity for safety oversight

Improve the environmental performance of the South Asian aviation sector

3rd EU-SA APP Management Board meeting
The third Project Management Board meeting took place on the 18 July 2019 in the Maldives.
The objective of the Project Management Board meeting was to report and reflect on 2018 activities and to get valuable fedback from the South Asian States on the Work Plan for 2019.
